Our Journey and Passion Continues with Tapas

Our very own Chef Josh Jewell created this logo to personify our new venture into the world of Tapas (shareable, delicious, healthy small plates bursting with flavor and Mediterranean-inspired elegance). It beautifully captures the spirit of the winery: our name is French, our wines are crafted in the French tradition whenever practical, we use French yeast — and we simply love Paris.
The aircraft featured is the legendary Spirit of St. Louis, flown by Charles Lindbergh during the first solo nonstop transatlantic flight in 1927. Upon arriving in Paris, Lindbergh famously circled the Eiffel Tower before landing to the cheers of an enormous crowd.
The logo pays tribute to that daring, romantic, adventurous era of aviation — a time of courage, elegance, exploration, and old-world charm — all of which inspired the vision behind Layover Café.
